Download and run MSP Tracking Report query

  1. Log in to the Netsmart Resouce Center of the NetsmartConnect web site (https://netsmartconnect.com/home/).
  2. Select Resource Center from the hamburger menu.
  3. On the Netsmart Resource Center home page select Homecare.
  4. From the Homecare page, select Help > Queries > PPS.
  5. Click MSP Tracking Report.zip to download the query and then load it to your system.
  6. Open the Query component and double-click MSP Tracking Report in the selection tree.
  7. In the Search window, enter the Claim From and Claim To dates for the billing period.
  8. Select the appropriate business unit and Current Patient Status to filter the report.
  9. Click OK.
  10. If needed, print or save the report using the Preview toolbar.
