The Employee Time Card report displays the information on time and attendance activities and pay rates calculator cycles of the employees.

Information on Employee Time Card – Summary Report

 

Field Name

Description

Region

The region included in the report additionally selected on the Consolidation tab.

Business Unit

Name of the Business Unit included in the report.

Employee

Name and ID of the employee.

Employee No.

Number of the employee from the resource's file.

Status

Status of the employee (active or inactive).

Resource Type

Resource type the employee belongs to.

SSN

Social Security Number of the employee. This value displays if the Print Employee SSN check box is selected on the Define tab. If the Suppress printing Employee SSN option is selected on the Define tab, the SSN field will not be shown on the generated report.
If only last four digits are printed in employee's SSN (for example, ***-**-1234), it means that the Print Last Four Digits of Employee SSN option was selected on the Define tab.

Date

Date when the service was performed by the employee.

Patient

Code and name of the patient the service was performed for. If patient name or code is displayed as ******, it means that the Suppress printing Patient Code or Suppress printing Patient Name option was selected on the Define tab.

Visit Type

Type of the visit.

Direct Time

Direct time entry for the service.

Indirect Time

Indirect time entry for the service.

Travel Time

Travel time entry for the service.

Total Hours

Total time spent by the employee for the selected service.

Total Amount

Amount of money paid for direct, indirect, and travel time.

Miles

Mileage entry requirements of the employee.

Miles Amount

Amount of money paid for the number of miles in the Miles column.

Employee Total

Total data for the selected employee.

Report Total

Total data for each report column.

 

Information on Employee Time Card – Detail Report

 

Field Name

Description

Region

The region included in the report additionally selected on the Consolidation tab.

Business Unit

Name of the Business Unit included in the report.

Employee

Name and ID of the employee.

Employee No.

Number of the employee.

Status

Status of the employee (active or inactive).

Resource Type

Resource type the employee belongs to.

SSN

Social Security Number of the employee. This value displays if the Print Employee SSN check box is selected on the Define tab. If the Suppress printing Employee SSN option is selected on the Define tab, the SSN field will not be shown on the generated report.

Date

Date when the service was performed by the selected employee.

Patient

Visit Code

Code of the performed visit.

Pay Rate Type

Type of the pay rate the selected employee belongs to.

Direct Time

Direct time entry for the service.

Indirect Time

Indirect time entry for the service.

Travel Time

Travel time entry for the service.

Total Hours

Total time spent by the employee for the selected service.

Pay Rate

Pay rate for the selected visit.

Line Pay Amount

Amount of money paid for direct, indirect, and travel time.

Miles

Mileage entry requirements of the employee.

Miles Amount

Amount of money paid for the number of miles in the Miles column.

Employee Total

Total data for the selected employee.

Report Total

Total data for each report column.

Employee Time Card – Define Tab

Use the Define tab to select the information you want to include in the report. You can also use 
the Employee Time Card – Consolidation Tab to define the level of specificity of the report and 
the Preview tab to view a sample report onscreen.

Employee Time Card – Consolidation Tab

Use the Consolidation tab to define the level of specificity of the report. For each level you select, you should also define the values you want to include. The levels are listed from the most general to the most specific.

In this report, you can set parameters on the Region and Business Unit levels.

Preview tab – To view the report onscreen. You can also print the report or save it as a separate file using this tab.

Generating Employee Time Card Report

1.

Open Pay Rates Calculator>Reports>Employee Time Card or Financial>Pay Rates Calculator>Employee Time Card.

2.

On the Define tab, enter the values in the fields as appropriate.

3.

Click Preview to generate the report.

If you change the criteria on the Define tab after preview, you should close and then open the Preview tab again to reflect your changes.

4.

Click Print to print the report.

5.

Save the report in the Excel, Acrobat, or ASCII format.
