Field	Description
Date Range	Start and end dates for the report.
Discipline	Name of the discipline entered in Administration > Clinical > Disciplines. Click the discipline name to view detailed information on the services provided by the selected discipline. This section also includes supplies and DME. If the name of the supply is followed by an asterisk (), it means that the supply belongs to the evaluation or re-evaluation activities. All supplies marked by an asterisk have the Evaluation/Re-Evaluation Service check box selected in Administration > General > Supplies*. These supplies are not included in the grand total report count for time, visits, and units.
Patient Code/Name	Patient code and full name.
Visits	Number of visits per discipline. Supplies and DME do not have visit count, so NA is shown in this column for them.
Billable Hours	Billable time (direct, indirect, and travel) spent for the certain discipline visits within the selected date range.
Units	Number of units provided during the certain discipline visits within the selected date range based on the basis of a service.
Gross	Gross charges amount calculated for the certain discipline visits.
Net	Net charges amount calculated for the certain discipline visits.
Discount	Discount amount calculated as gross minus net for the certain discipline visits.
Total	Total for all data within the corresponding section.
Grand Total	Grand total for all disciplines reported within the defined period. Does not include visits, direct hours, and units for the evaluation or re-evaluation supplies.
