Consolidated Patient Statistics Report

Consolidated Patient Statistics Report – Overview

Reports>General>Consolidated Patient Statistics Report

With Consolidated Patient Statistics report, you can preview and print a series of subreports that show information about referrals and patients who were active during the specified period of time. You can generate all or specific reports within the series.

The generated report consists of five main subreports:

>

Activity Summary Subreport

>

Admits/Readmits by Referral Subreport

>

Patient Discharges Subreport

>

Total Referrals Subreport

>

Hospice Patient Counts Subreport

Each subreport is followed by a summary page. It includes the sum of all levels with their values selected on the Consolidation tab.

YTD displays the last year statistics with its beginning date specified in the Start Date for YTD Totals section of the Define tab and the end date that is the same end date specified in the Date Range section.

Activity Summary Subreport

The Activity Summary subreport shows a number of patient admissions, readmissions, deaths, and discharges for the beginning of the indicated period. The admissions and readmissions are added, deaths and discharges are subtracted, and then the number of active patients for the end of the period is produced in the report.
