View patient progress in Charting History

Path: Patient>Clinical>Charting History

1. In the Patient component, select a patient.
2. Go to Clinical>Charting History.
3. Enter the date range.
4. If needed, specify the discipline for which you want to view interventions.
5. Select the care plan for which you want to view the patient's progress.
6. To view various information about the care plan's goals or interventions, hover over the visit date column to see the visit date, visit code, discipline, and name of the clinician who performed the visit.
7. Select each intervention to view the modifier entered for this intervention.
8. Hover over each intervention response to view its description.
9. View the different visit dates to see what goals and interventions have been completed.
