Run a Case Conference Summary Report (Patient)

Prerequisite: You must have Patient> Documents> Case Conference privilege assigned. 

Netsmart Homecare > Patient

  1. In the Patient module, select a patient. 
  2. Navigate to Documents> Case Conference
  3. In the Date Range section, enter a Begin Date (the default Begin Date is one month before the current date) and an End Date (the default End Date is the current date). Case Conferences within the selected date range are displayed in the grid with the following information: Case Conference Name, Start Date/Time, End Time, Scribe, and Status. 
  4. The Do not print Patient Charts option is deselected by default. The Case Conference Summary Report will not include patient chart information if you select this checkbox. 
  5. The Limit Clinical Notes to Use Code G option is only available if including Patient Chart data. Selecting it limits the Patient> Clinical> Clinical Notes displayed to only be Clinical Notes with a Use Code of 'G – Case Conference Summary Notes'. 
  6. Select the checkbox next to the case conferences you want to include in the report from the grid. 
  7. Select the Preview tab. 
  8. Select button 
    1. Print 
    2. Save As
      1. Save as type: Excel files (*.xls) 
      2. Save as type: Adobe files (*.pdf) 
      3. Save as type: ASCII files (*.txt)
