Run a Case Conference Summary Report (Locked)

Netsmart Homecare> Case Conference > Case Conference

  1. Select the Past radio button. 
  2. Select the checkbox for the conference for which you want to run the report. 
  3. Select Generate Report. 
  4. Optional - Select the option to 'Limit Clinical Notes to Use Code G'. Selecting it limits the Patient> Clinical> Clinical Notes included to only 'Clinical Notes with a Use Code of 'G – Case Conference Summary Notes'. 
  5. Select Yes or No regarding the desire to include Patient Chart information in the summaries. If selecting 'Yes', the Case Conference Summary Report includes patient chart information
