Run a Case Conference Summary Report (Complete)

Netsmart Homecare> Case Conference > Case Conference

1. On the Scheduled tab, locate the completed conference you want to print. 
2. Click the ellipse (…). 
3. Select Print. 
4. Optional - Select the option to 'Limit Clinical Notes to Use Code G'. Selecting it limits the Patient> Clinical> Clinical Notes included to only be Clinical Notes with a Use Code of 'G – Case Conference Summary Notes'. 
5. Select Yes or No regarding the desire to include Patient Chart information in the summaries. If selecting 'Yes', the Case Conference Summary Report includes patient chart information.
