Enter clinical monitoring data

Path: Patient>Clinical>Clinical Monitoring>Add/Edit Clinical Data

1. In the Patient component, select a patient whose data you want to retrieve.
2. Go to Clinical>Clinical Monitoring>Add/Edit Clinical Data. 
   The Add/Edit Clinical Data window opens with the Vital Signs tab active.
3. Click the tab you need and then click the Collect Readings button.
4. Enter the date and time in the Date and Time fields if you need to change current time set by default.
5. Enter the corresponding data in the appropriate tabs.
6. Save your settings.
