Create trend from the Add/Edit Clinical Data window

Path: Patient>Clinical>Clinical Monitoring>Add/Edit Clinical Data

1. In the Patient component, select the patient whose data you want to retrieve.
2. Go to Clinical > Clinical Monitoring > Add/Edit Clinical Data.
   The Add/Edit Clinical Data window appears with the Vital Signs tab active.
3. Click the tab you need, and then double-click the graph you want to view as a trend. The clinical monitoring data appear in the grid view.
4. Click Trend. 
   Note: To view clinical monitoring data for the Scales tab, select the reading for which you want to create the trend.
5. Select the reading you need. 
   The trend for the selected patient's clinical data appears.
6. Click Preview to print the trend graph. 
   The Patient's Clinical Data Trend report appears with the detailed parameters for the selected clinical data.
7. Click Trend to return to the trend view or Close to exit.
