Enable single sign-on with Netsmart Referral Management

In order to enjoy the benefits of single sign-on with Netsmart Referral Management, your correct Referral Management credentials must be stored in the Netsmart Homecare Password Vault.

To view your Netsmart Referral Management credentials in the Homecare Password Vault:

  1. From any open component (except for the Reports), click the Settings button on the toolbar. The Preferences dialog opens.
  2. Click the Password Vault button. You will be prompted to unlock your Password Vault.
  3. Enter your current Homecare password and click Unlock. The Password Vault window opens.
  4. Click the Netsmart Referral Management tab. You see the necessary information required for single sign-on to Netsmart Referral Management.
    Note: If you do not see the Netsmart Referral Management tab, you have not been granted the privilege to manage your Referral Management credentials.
  5. Provide the credential information you use to log on to the Referral Management website.
  6. Click OK to save changes. 

Remember, storing your Referral Management credentials in the Homecare Password Vault does not affect your actual Referral Management credentials. Any changes to the actual credentials must be handled through the Referral Management system.
