View open charts - Mobile Tablet
To view your open charts, complete the following steps.
- Tap the hamburger menu and then tap Open Charts.
Note: The number next to Open Charts on the Main Menu panel indicates how many charts you have open. - On the Open Charts side panel, tap Visits and Patients to toggle between the two filters.
- Tap one of the open charts to see the progress. The green bar indicator shows that the clinical item is complete but has not been submitted. Any pending items do not have an indicator.
- Tap on a pending item to navigate to that screen and complete the item.
Once all documentation, including time entry, is completed, the Open Charts counter will no longer display.
