Tasking screen - Mobile Tablet

In the Tasking window, you can view and update tasks assigned to you.

  • You can also create new tasks and assign them to yourself or other clinicians.
  • Mobile tablet will retain the last 20 patients searched in the Tasking search dialog.
  • Frequently searched patient history is maintained until you clear your cache. 
  • Non-clinical tasks are only shown for 14 days after being created.

All changes to the Tasking window are automatically saved after exit.

  • Tasks that are not started or in progress can be edited.
  • Declined tasks can be edited only by the creator of the task.
  • Any completed or canceled tasks are read-only.
Screen Area Description

Left pane - top

You can tap to sort tasks by due date or priority.

You can filter tasks by All or Active
Left pane - middle

List of tasks with task name associated patient, due date, and status.

The selected task is in blue.

Left pane - bottom

View filtered tasks that are assigned to you or delegated by you to other clinicians.

Right pane - top

Task details: name and description, associated patient, date the task was created, and task status.

Right pane - line 2 left

Clinician who created the task.

Right pane - line 2 middle

Name of the assigned clinician.

Right pane - line 2 right

Clinician who marked a task as completed.

Right pane - line 3 left

Date and time when a task is due.

Right pane - line 3 right

Task status: not started, in progress, completed, canceled, or declined.

Right pane - line 4 left

Date and time when the task ended.

Right pane - line 4 right

Task priority: low, normal, medium, high, or urgent.

Right pane - line 5

Task comments.

Right pane - line 6

History of comments to the selected task including a comment date, time and text, task stats, and author.

Right pane - bottom - 2nd icon from right

Undo changes.

Note: You can undo changes until you exit the Tasking window.

Right pane - bottom - right most icon

Add a new task.
