Update a medication

Update the client's medications, including prescription information, prescribing provider, diagnosis treated, and administration history. 

Prerequisite: 

  • You have the rights to enter/update information in the People Search module  
  1. Go to People Search > Personal Information > Health Information > Medications
  2. In the Find Person field at the top left, enter the first and/or last name and press Enter. Select the desired name. 
  3. Select the medication that needs to be updated. 
    Result: The Medication Complete Form (EDIT) form opens.
  4. Add and update information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
  5. Select Save
