Update a lab test

Update information about the client's lab tests for conditions such as diabetes, HIV, pregnancy, radiology, STD, and urinalysis. 

Prerequisite: 

• You have the rights to enter and update information in the People Search module  

1. Go to People Search > Personal Information > Health Information > Lab Tests. 
2. In the Find Person field at the top left, enter the first and/or last name and press the Enter key. Select the desired name. 
3. Select the lab test that needs updated. 
   Result: The Lab Tests (EDIT) form opens.
4. Add and update information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. 
5. Select Save.
