View services by active vs inactive programs

By default, the Client Service Entry screen in myEvolv groups enrollments by program. In this view, the client's services and activities are listed in two sections: Active Programs and Inactive Programs. This feature makes it easier to distinguish between Active and Inactive program enrollments and reduces the time needed to scroll through enrollments. Users can expand or collapse either group to more quickly access information in a particular group.

The Active Programs group is at the top of the screen and shows all program enrollments that do not have an end date. The Inactive Programs group is below the active programs and shows all program enrollments that have an end date plus all programs that do not require enrollment. 

Note: When grouping by Service, Status, or Staff, data will only display for 'Current' Programs.
