View services in Service Entry

Learn how to view services in Service Entry in myEvolv, including the use of Group By and Filters.

In Service Entry you can choose to view services by:

  • grouping services according to program, service type, service status, or the staff responsible
  • specifying a date range and filters to display services that match criteria you select
  • selecting the number of services to display per page

Note: Moving the mouse pointer over a service changes the row color, making it easier to distinguish between services.  

  1. Go to: Client Case Management > Service Management > Service Entry.
  2. In the Select Client field, search for and select a client. 
  3. In the toolbar, select a Group By option: Program, Service, Status, or Staff.  
    Result: Based on the selection in the Group By list, the system displays services and activities for the selected client.
  4. Optionally, select items in the Filter list to further refine your results. Note that the options available in the filter dialog depend on the selection made in the group by dialog. 
  5. In the Status column, the color indicates the status of a service:  
    • Amended = dark goldenrod
    • Approved = brown
    • Cancelled = orange
    • Deleted = dark gray with a strikethrough
    • Draft = indigo
    • Modifiable = dark magenta
    • Pending Approval = dark orange
    • Pending Submission/Signature = green
    • Scheduled = red
    • Signed = dark blue
    • Signed/Submitted = dodger blue
  6. Optionally, in the last row in each group of services, select the Records per Page to limit the number of records shown for that group.
    Note: The number of records per page stays the same when you switch between clients. While the number of records to display only applies to the selected program, selecting Refresh applies the filter to all programs for the client.
