Update a resource family from applicant to foster/adoptive home

In myEvolv a resource family that is flagged as an applicant does not have information under Foster/Adoptive Home because the family is categorized as an applicant instead of a foster home. For a resource family to become a foster home, you need to select the foster home option to create a foster home profile for the family. 

1. Go to: Resource Families > Foster/Adoptive Home > Information > General Information.
2. In the toolbar, choose Select Family. Search for and select a family.
3. In the toolbar, select Actions and choose Edit.
   Result: The family profile form opens.
4. In the Other Profiles Information section, select the Is a Foster Home check box.
5. Select Save.
