Unsubmit a staff note

In myEvolv a supervisor can unsubmit a note a subordinate created for a client. 

  1. Go to: Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval.  
  2. Select the Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval tab. 
  3. Optional. Select Filter and in the Supervisor Approval Filter dialog, enter any criteria and choose Update to narrow the displayed results. 
  4. Select a note for a client and click Unsubmit.
  5. Optional. In the Supervisor Worker Note dialog, enter a message to be sent to the worker who created the note. Select Save.
    Result: An envelope icon displays for the event. Move the mouse pointer over the icon to view the message.
  6. Still in the Supervisor Worker Note dialog, if the service has a progress note, select the Un-Submit Progress Note check box.
  7. Click Save
    Result: The event is unsubmitted and the message is emailed to the worker.
