Within the Incidents module, use these suggestions to narrow your search for existing incidents.
In the Search Incidents field, enter a value for any of the available search criteria, such as a control number. In order for results to be displayed, the system must find an exact match. If you are not certain of the exact information, enter the percent symbol (%) followed by the value you want to search for. This symbol will act as a wildcard to widen your search. For example, to find the incident with Control Number 000012345, either enter the entire control number or use '%12345' for the system to find that incident. In this scenario the search results include any incident where '12345' is part of the control number, such as 123456789.
To use multiple values to narrow your search, enter information in the fields under Additional Filters.
Select the check box for Locked, Unlocked, or Sensitive to filter the results by incidents identified with these indicators. Note that if you select Sensitive, the system will return results only for staff members with access privileges to sensitive incidents.
