About observations in myEvolv

The observations functionality in myEvolv (Client > Case Management > Service Management > Observations) was initially delivered in preparation for an app that was never integrated with myEvolv. For this reason, the observations functionality and related setups will be removed from myEvolv in a future release. 

Similar tracking functionality is included in core myEvolv NX with BHM: Routine Monitoring delivered in version 11.0.0100.
