Create Fast Track service entries - daily
In myEvolv use Fast Track to enter a daily service for multiple clients.
Note: Fast Track uses a system default simple service entry form. No changes can be made to the form used. If an agency has a user-defined form attached to the event being documented, and that form has additional and/or required fields, users will need to navigate to Service Entry to enter additional information.
- Go to: Taskbar > Fast Track > Fast Track > Fast Track - Daily.
- In the program list, click the plus sign to see the services for the program.
- Click a service to select it.
Result: The Fast Track Entry form displays where you can specify search criteria and defaults for services created with Fast Track. - On the Fast Track Entry form, complete the following required fields:
- In Search Criteria (Default for Each Client Found)
- Staff Accessing Members - The system automatically populates with the logged in user. You can update this selection.
- Type - The system automatically populates the service type based on the selection on the previous screen.
- Program Providing Service - The system automatically populates the program based on the selection on the previous screen.
- Facility Providing Service - Select the appropriate facility.
- Date of Service - The date is automatically populated with the current date. You can update this as needed.
- In Completed Information (Default)
- Duration - Enter the number of minutes for the duration of the service. Note that the system will read your entry as raw minutes if you do not enter the colon as part of the time. For example, an entry of 0200 is converted to 3 hours and 20 minutes, but an entry of 2:00 remains 2 hours.
- Completed By - The system automatically populates with the logged in user. You can update this selection.
Note: You can enter information in any of the additional fields to further narrow the search results.
- In Search Criteria (Default for Each Client Found)
- In the toolbar click Get Clients.
Result: The system will display a list of clients who match the search criteria. - For each client who received the identified service, select the check box next to their name.
- Optionally click the Mark All or Un-Mark All links to mark or unmark all clients as having received the service.
- After you mark clients as receiving the service, fields available for editing display with a white background. Update or enter information in these fields as applicable. To enter a progress note, click the memo icon.
- On the Fast Track Entry form, click Save.
Result: In Case Management (Client > Case Management > Service Entry) the Fast Track service is listed under the program providing the service.
