Case Management Training Guide 10.1.0050

This training course is intended for staff members who perform case management duties. This training assumes that client data, enrollment information, and Family Case data has already been entered or will be entered by other staff members. This training is not intended to cover every business scenario, but it does cover the information necessary to use myEvolv effectively. 
 
This Train-the-Trainer course covers all aspects of the system relating to case management. If, in your agency or program, the staff members who perform case management also enter new client data, your agency should customize this training to include portions of the client management training.
