Approve or unsubmit a treatment plan

A treatment plan submitted for supervisor approval displays in the supervisor's Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval queue. The supervisor has the option to approve or unsubmit the plan, with or without adding a note to the staff member who submitted the plan for approval.  

Note: This article does not pertain to Routed Treatment Plans. Treatment Plans that have been Routed for supervisor approval are handled via widgets.

  1. Go to: Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval.
  2. Select and apply search filters to locate the treatment plan for a particular client or family case.
    The search results list items by the client/group (family) name, service event, program, actual and submission dates, entry information, event details, and status. 
  3. Select Actions and select the option to either approve or unsubmit the treatment plan.
