Approve or unsubmit a treatment plan
A treatment plan submitted for supervisor approval displays in the supervisor's Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval queue. The supervisor has the option to approve or unsubmit the plan, with or without adding a note to the staff member who submitted the plan for approval.
Note: This article does not pertain to Routed Treatment Plans. Treatment Plans that have been Routed for supervisor approval are handled via widgets.
- Go to: Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval.
- Select and apply search filters to locate the treatment plan for a particular client or family case.
The search results list items by the client/group (family) name, service event, program, actual and submission dates, entry information, event details, and status. - Select Actions and select the option to either approve or unsubmit the treatment plan.
