Approve a group service event
In myEvolv, when group services are set up as 'Can Submit', in Agency Setup > Services Setup > By Program > Group Services, all events submitted for approval are available to supervisors to approve in the Supervisor module. Group services that are submitted include all individual group notes associated with the group.
Approve group service event
- Go to: Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval.
- In the Service Event column, choose the submitted event to view or review.
- After reviewing the service, choose Actions and select the next step:
- Approve
- Approve and Add Note
- Un-submit
- Un-submit with notes
- Complete a review of one or multiple events.
Note: The Actions option is replaced with an Undo option in the event of an error. - Choose Save to proceed with the selected action.
Result: Approved and/or un-submitted events are removed from the Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval view.
Access previously approved event
- Go to: Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval.
- Select View Filters.
- Enter a desired date range, staff member, client, service, and/or number of days to include where services were approved .
- Select Apply Filters.
Result: All previously approved services that meet the filter criteria are listed. - Choose an action:
- To un-approve, select Actions and Un-approve.
OR - To un-submit, select Save.
- To un-approve, select Actions and Un-approve.
- The event status changes to Pending Approval. Select Actions to un-submit.
