Approve a family case treatment plan

After a staff member completes a family case treatment plan and selects Submit, the system adds the treatment plan to their supervisor's Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval queue. The supervisor either approves the plan or asks the staff member to modify the plan and resubmit it for approval. 

Once a supervisor approves a treatment plan, the staff member can implement the plan with the family.

  1. Go to: Taskbar Supervisor Supervisor Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval.
  2. Review the treatment plan. The treatment plan is identified by the family name. 
  3. In the row for the treatment plan, select Actions and select Approve.
  4. Optional. If the treatment plan needs to be modified, email the staff member and describe the changes needed.
