Schedule an Appointment on a Specific Date

Overview  

Use the front desk functionality to schedule services using a graphical interface.

Menu Path

Taskbar Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In

Schedule a Service on a Specific Date

  1. In the toolbar, click the Check In/Out button.
  2. Navigate to the following path: Taskbar Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In.

System result: The system displays a list of appointments.

  1. In the toolbar, click the Calendar button.
  2. In the left pane, expand the Select a Date option, and select a date. 
  1. On the appropriate date and time, right-click the calendar. 
  2. Select Schedule Appointment from the context menu.
  3. In the Schedule Appointment dialog, enter information as appropriate. The following fields are required:

Note: Based on filters you may have previously selected in the left-pane, some of the required information may be pre-populated. For example, in the appointment search option, if you enter the Program, Client, Event, and Duration, those fields will automatically populate when creating the appointment.  

  • Facility Responsible
  • Staff
  • Program Responsible
  • Event
  • Client
  1.  Click Save
