This course is designed for technically skilled users with relational database knowledge. It is a hands-on course that will introduce users to all aspects of the myEvolv NX User Tools. The training is typically given after base system setup exercises and actual setup for your agency have been completed, and can take place anytime after the first on-site visit by the implementation team.
It is recommended that you consult often with a Netsmart representative before making major changes to interfaces and databases. We may be able to suggest an alternative solution that might already exist in the system, or find that is it something that should be added as part of the system for all agencies.
