Specify default PDF margins for Print Bundles

Printing Bundle Templates in myEvolv enable an agency to define sets of events to be printed together. This is useful to define, for example, Designated Record Sets, or the forms most commonly requested by a court or other agency.

Printing Bundles eliminate the need for an individual to specifically choose items of the chart, hit print, and move to the next item; this helps reduce user error, printing an improper event or failing to print a necessary event.

  1. Go to Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Agency Information.
  2. In Agency-Specific Settings, scroll down to the Printing section.
  3. In the Horizontal Margin for PDFs field, enter the desired horizontal margin size. For example, '1' for a one-inch margin.
  4. In the Vertical Margin for PDFs field, enter the desired vertical margin size.
  5. To apply these margins to print bundles, select the Default for Including Attachments on Print Bundle check box.
  6. Select Save.
