Set up the My Clients By Facility/Unit widget

The My Clients by Facility Widget allows users to view clients by facility as opposed to seeing all clients in one widget. This widget will include the staff member's clients enrolled in both inpatient and outpatient facilities.

  1. To include outpatients in the widget, go to Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Agency Information.
  2. Under Agency Specific Settings, select the checkbox to Include Outpatient Clients in the Widget.
  3. Select Save.
  4. Ensure staff members are enrolled in the Assigned to All Workgroup by going to Agency > Workgroups > Assigned to All > Information, Auto Assignment.
    Note: It is NOT necessary to check include in myEvolv launcher security because that setting is specifically for the myClients Widget.
  5. Go to Agency > Staff & Security > Staff Information > Staff Profiles with Security.
  6. Choose Select Name and select a staff member. 
  7. In the grid row for the appropriate profile, in the far right column select Actions and select Open Form.
  8. Under Worker Profile, add all managing offices where the staff member needs to see clients grouped by facility.
  9. Select Save.
