Set up myNavigation for a user

The myNavigation pane on the Homeview shows modules a user can access based on their navigation scheme, which is based on the user's role. There are several myNavigation schemes delivered with myEvolv.

You can specify the tabs available in the myNavigation pane for users assigned a particular navigation scheme. This gives users convenient access to areas of the system they work in frequently.  

  1. Go to Agency Setup > Staff and Security Setup > Navigation Access > Access Definition.
  2. Select a navigation scheme.
  3. Under myNavigation Configuration make the appropriate selections:
  • Allow user defined favorites - Adds the Favorites tab to myNavigation.
  • Display recent history in module? - Adds the History tab to myNavigation.
  1. Select Save.
