Set up Fast Track

There are two setup areas for Fast Track:

  • make events available for Fast Track entry
  • give staff access to Fast Track.

To make events available for Fast Track entry, you must: 

  • select the option to use the event for Fast Track entry
  • give staff members access to the event and the program
  • give staff members access to Fast Track

Event Setup 
  1. Go to Agency Setup > Services Setup > By Program > Individual Services
  2. Select a service.
  3. Enable the option Use for Fast Track Entry.
  4. Repeat this step for other appropriate services.
  5. Select Save.
Access to Fast Track
  1. Assign the staff member to the appropriate worker role.
  2. Give the worker role access to events used for Fast Track entry and access to the program associated with each event.
  3. Ensure the appropriate Navigation Schemes have access to Fast Track in the Navigation Scheme.
