Service Entry screen settings

These settings improve the readability of information on the Service Entry screen by limiting the number of services and tasks listed. 

Netsmart recommendation: Limit service entry display to seven days; Best practice is to use the My Tasks widget which shows scheduled services due within 30 days. 

Note: If your agency uses the ‘allow scheduled services to display for ‘x’ months’ setting, users need to scroll down the page to see completed services, unless they apply a filter.

  1. Go to: Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Agency Information.
  2. In the left pane select Agency-Specific Settings.
  3. Under Agency-Specific Settings, go to Service Related Settings.
  4. Optional. For the Service Screen Date Range (Days), enter the number of days from the current date to display future service events. Ninety days is the maximum date range. If this field is blank, the default is 90 days in the future from the current date. 
  5. Optional. For the Limit Showing Scheduled Events in Future (Days), enter the number of days from the current date to display future scheduled events. Ninety days is the maximum date range. If this field is blank, the default is 90 days in the future from the current date. 
  6. Optional. For the # Of Scheduled Tasks Per Program, enter the number of scheduled tasks to display per program. This setting does not apply to overdue tasks. 
  7. Select Save.
