Remove people not in the system
The People Not in System report allows you to delete people who have been added to the database but have not been used anywhere in the system. For example, a person added as a new client that ends up not enrolling at the agency should not be in the system. The person would still be in the database and listed here so you can remove them.
- Go to Setup > System > People not in System > Demographics.
- Click Person and a list displays all people not in the system. To remove a person, select them from this list and click Delete in the Demographics form.
