Recover a blank record

Prerequisites:

  • Upgrade to myEvolv NX version 10.1.0575
  • Have system administration permissions
  1. Go to Taskbar > System Maintenance > Application Maintenance > Utilities.
  2. Select Run for the Recover Orphaned Records utility.
  3. Select OK in response to the message about the processing taking a while.  
  4. Select OK in response to the Utility executed successfully message.
