Only lock group events at group level
To allow signing, submitting, and routing group service events at the group level and not the individual level, go to Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Agency Information > Agency-Specific Settings and select the 'Only Lock Group Events at Group Level' setting.
When the 'Only Lock Group Events at Group Level' setting is selected:
- Submitting a group service event for approval at the group level (Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval) submits all associated individual service events for group members who were present for the group service.
- The Supervisor form (Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval) lists only the group service that was submitted and not the individual services for group members.
- The Group Notes to Complete widget displays the individual services associated with the group service; the group service event displays in the Group Notes to Complete widget.
- Once the group service event is approved, the associated individual service events for group members are also approved.
- Individual services for group members associated with a group service cannot be signed or submitted from client Service Entry.
- Un-submitting a group service event un-submits all associated individual service events for group members.
When the 'Only Lock Group Events at Group Level' setting is not selected:
- The Notes to Complete widget displays an individual service event for each group member associated with a group service event and does not display the group service event.
- Once an individual service associated with a group service is approved (Client > Case Management > Service Management > Service Entry), the group service is also approved.
