Maintain Landlord Information

 

Overview 

People listed here are in charge of the management of the Housing and Apartments operated and contracted by the Agency.

Agency > Service Locations > Housing/Apartments > Landlords General Information 

Add a Landlord 

  1. Navigate to the following path: Agency > Service Locations > Housing/Apartments > Landlords General Information. 
  2. In the toolbar, click the Landlord button.
  3. In the Landlord dialog, invoke a search and then click New.
  4. In the Landlord Maintenance dialog, enter information in the following required fields:
  • Name - Enter a name to identify the landlord.
  • Office Responsible - Enter the office that oversees this facility.
  • Type of Source - The values available to select here are  populated in Table Maintenance with the Lookup Table Facility Type (Foster Homes, Service Facility, Outside Org, Applicants).
  1. Enter information in the following fields as appropriate:
  • ID# - Enter an ID number used to make the facility unique. The could be an internally decided upon id or a license number.  If you use more than one id, you can add a second id in the Other ID# field.  For example, you may identify this facility as 11111, but it's certification # may be 22222.  You can use this field and the Other ID# field to hold these values.
  • Vendor For Payments (Enterprise Edition Only) - Enter the GL code that identifies where clients are served or placed. (Foster homes will get theirs from the managing office associated to the home).
  • Region - Select a region to assign different geographical areas for your facilities (i.e. for reporting purposes).  If this does not apply to your agency, simply select N/A from the pick-list.
  • Address - Enter the address of the facility. After entering the ZIP code, the city and state is automatically populated.
  • Contacts - Enter contact people for this organization.  You can select a person who already exists in myEvolv, or you can create a new person.
  • Additional Information - Enter information in a remarks field allowing you to add any additional information about the facility.
  1. Click Save.
