Login History and Update Statistics report

Use the Login History and Update Statistics report in myEvolv to see the staff member's login history and the total number of updates they made during the last 30 days. 

  1. Go to Agency > Staff & Security > Staff Information > Login History.
  2. Choose Select Name; search for the staff member and select.
    Result: A report displays the staff member's activity for the last 30 days and includes:
    • dates and times the staff member logged in and logged out of the system
    • total number of transactions, inserts, updates, and deletions
    • IP address for each logged in session
    • indicator if the login was from NIAM
  3. Select Refresh to update the report with the latest information.
  4. Optional. Select Print to preview and print the report.
