Implement Treatment Plan ending

Treatment plan ending allows agencies to stop using the current version of a plan and begin using a new structure.

Note: Treatment plan ending functionality is only available in myEvolv NX.

Step 1: Enable treatment plan ending 
  1. Go to: Setup > System > EvolvCS System Setup > System Name.
  2. Select Service Related Settings in the left pane.
  3. Select the Is Treatment Plan Ending functionality enabled’? check box.
  4. Select Save.
Step 2: End a treatment plan structure and add a new structure
  1. Go to: Agency Setup > Services Setup > By Program > Treatment Plan Ending.
    Result: A list of programs and the initial planning event for each program displays.  
  2. In the row for the program where you want to add the new plan structure, select Actions and select Open Form. 
  3. In the New Initial Planning Event field, search for and select the event to use as the new initial planning event.
  4. Optional. Select the Treat next review as initial check box to have the next treatment plan review for a client treated as an initial treatment plan. This results in all goals defaulting to the non-modifiable status of ‘Established’.
  5. In the Event Review section, under New Planning Events, add the new treatment plan review event. Complete the required fields and any other fields as desired.
  6. Select Save. 
Step 3: Verify the new treatment plan structure is available
  1. Go to: Client > Case Management > Plan Development > Planning.
  2. Select a client who is enrolled in the program with the new treatment plan structure and who has a treatment plan ready for review.
  3. Select the review event.
  4. Verify the system generates an alert, ‘The selected Treatment Plan review structure is no longer active and you are now utilizing an updated treatment plan design’
  5. Complete the review.
  6. Select Save.
