Enable group service event actions at the group level
To allow signing, submitting, and routing group service events at the group level and not the individual level, navigate to Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Agency Information > Agency-Specific Settings and select the 'Only Lock Group Events at Group Level' option.
When the 'Only Lock Group Events at Group Level' setting is selected (functionality as of 10.1.0300 release)
- Submitting a group service event for approval at the group level (Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval) will submit all associated individual service events for group members who were present for the group service.
- The Supervisor form (Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Service/Case Notes & Planning Approval) will list only the group service that was submitted and not the individual services for group members.
- Once the group service event is approved, the associated individual service events for group members will also be approved.
- Individual services for group members associated with a group service cannot be signed or submitted from client Service Entry.
- Unsubmitting a group service event will unsubmit all associated individual service events for group members.
When the 'Only Lock Group Events at Group Level' setting is NOT selected (functionality prior to 10.1.0300 release)
- The Notes to Complete widget displays an individual service event for each group member associated with a group service event and does not display the group service event.
- Once an individual service associated with a group service is approved (Client > Case Management > Service Management > Service Entry), the group service will also be approved.
