As a new feature originally introduced in Evolv version 8.5.18, you can overwrite the Treatment Plan Label.

Words "Treatment Plan" displayed in the header and at the top of the navigation tree:

Treatment plan designer allows to enter Overwrite Label:

Separate note: the name of the step "Treatment Plan" can be changed in the Steps Designer:\
