Supporting Client Information

In this topic we will review a sample client's enrollment and benefit information, as well as any other pertinent information.

Menu path

Client > Client Information > Billing/Payment Information > Benefit Assignments 

  1. Click Select Client.
  • Search for and select a client.
  • The sample picture below shows a client with two benefit assignments. The number and type of benefit assignments may differ, depending on the client.
  1. Go to: Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Placement Disruptions 
  • The picture above shows two placement disruptions, a hospital placement for medical reasons, and a respite disruption entered for December.
  1. Go to: Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Enrollment Information 
  • A program enrollment has been entered for the Respite disruption.
  • If a Respite disruption is entered in error, you must delete the program enrollment, then delete the disruption.
  1. Click the ellipsis on the facility enrollment for the Respite.
  2. Click View Billing Info.
  3. Review the billing information for the placement.
  4. Click the Invoices tab.
  • In this example, the facility is paying the respite home for housing for the three days of respite care.
  1. Click Close in the Billing For Placement screen.
