Set up Alert and Restriction Events
Overview
You use Alerts/Restrictions to quickly notify the staff of important information about a client such as allergies or impairments. In the paper chart, agencies would have color-coded stickers on the edge of the binder. These Alerts/Restrictions replace these notifiers.
Note: Alerts/Restrictions are not the same as the alerts that are used for communicating within myEvolv. Instead, these are client-level notifications to quickly relay information about the individual.
Restrictions are intended to be related to one or more specific facilities in the Agency. These are used, for example, to indicate that a client is no longer allowed to enter an office due to past aggressive behavior.
