Give a Worker Role Access to CQN Events

In myEvolv, staff members who obtain client consents need to have their worker role configured to record CQN consents.

Worker Role Access to Consent Events

  1. Navigate to the following path: Setup > Security/Access > Worker Roles > Security for Events.
  2. Search for and select the worker role.
  3. In the System Consents category, grant the worker role access to the type of CQN consent.
