Purge Form Data

Remove all data from a form’s 'RADplus_data_import_history' SQL table.

RADplus Utilities > Modeling

Prerequisites:

  • This functionality is enabled by a Netsmart representative.

  • The form must be accessed through a test namespace.

  1. In the Reason for Purge field, enter the reason.  This reason is recorded in the 'RADPlus_audit_purge_option' SQL table.

  2. In the File data in RADplus_audit_database_tables prior to purge field:

  • Select Yes to record the data in the 'RADplus_audit_database_tables' and 'RADplus_audit_binary_tables' SQL tables.
  • Select No to remove the information from the database when the form is purged.

  1. Click Submit.
