Purge Entity Access History

Permanently remove the contents of the user activity log.

RADplus Utilities > System Security > Auditing

• The user activity log details information for every user and form accessed since myAvatar was installed.
• Purging the contents of this file can be used to free space on the facility’s server.

1. In the Purge Through Date field, enter the last day of information to delete.
2. In the Purge Reason field, enter the reason information was purged.
3. Click Submit.

• SYSTEM.RADplus_entity_access
  Maintains the record of user activity information. This table is purged when the form is filed.
• SYSTEM.RADplus_entity_access_purge
  Maintains a record of when this form is used to purge data.
