Internal Client Consents
Set up preferences for Internal Client Consent functionality.
RADplus > Internal Consent Management > Internal Client Consents
- This form is available for all client records to all myAvatar users (where assigned via User Definition), regardless of Organization/Organization Facilities assigned to individual users; this is to ensure that consent records may always be added to allow access to additional myAvatar forms/records.
Prerequisites:
- The Enable Internal Client Consent Support registry settings must be enabled.
- In the Select Client window, search for and select the client to set up consents for.
Current Consents
This section allows you to view and edit any existing consents set up for the selected client.
- The Organization Consent field displays all of the organizations currently assigned forms/records Client Consent access.
- The Confirm Selected, Confirm All, and Revoke All buttons may be used to edit the existing selections.
Note that only one of these actions may be used per form-entry session; any corrections or edits to inadvertently confirmed/revoked entries can be made under the New Consents section of the form prior to filing.
- The Confirm Selected, Confirm All, and Revoke All buttons may be used to edit the existing selections.
- The Organization Facility Consent field displays all facilities currently assigned forms/records Client Consent access.
- The Confirm Selected, Confirm All, and Revoke All buttons may be used to edit the existing selections.

New Consents
- In the Consent for all or specific users field, select whether All Users or only Specific Users are allowed form/record access for the client.
- If All Users, all forms/records for the client will be available to all users in the system, regardless of the Organization/Organization Facilities selections assigned to individual users (User Definition form, User Caseload section) and the remaining fields will be disabled.
- In the Consent for Organizations field, select one or more Organizations. All forms/records for the client will be available to all users assigned to any of the selected organizations. Organizations selected for consent are removed from under the Filter by Organization and Consent for Organization Facilities fields, as assigning consent to the organization assumes assignment to all associated facilities.
- In the Filter by Organization field, filter the selections in Consent for Organization Facilities field according to the facilities associated with the selected organizations.
- In the Consent for Organization Facilities field, select one or more individual Organization Facilities for form/record access to client. All forms/records for the client will be available to all users associated/assigned to any of the selected facilities. Organizations selected for consent are removed from the Filter by Organization/Consent for Organization Facilities fields, as assigning consent to an organization assumes assignment to all associated facilities.
- In the Add User field, search for and select users to populating in the Consent for Users field.
- The Consent for Users field is used to select one or more individual users to allow form/record access to for the client. All forms/records for the client will be available to all users selected in this field, regardless of Organization/Organization Facilities assigned to individual users.
- Click Submit to save new consents.
