Entity Information Display

Control how information displays in lookup fields, and in the myAvatar form status bar.

RADplus Utilities > Database Management

• Select additional values to display when an entity is searched. These values display in lookup fields and informational messages associated with the entity.

1. In the Entity Database field, select the entity database.

2. In the Number of Additional Columns to Display field, select the number of additional columns to display in the entity field.
   Select None to display the entity name and ID in the list.

3. In the Entity Name Header Text field, enter the header information.

4. In the 'Approximate Number of Characters to Display for Entity Name' field, enter the maximum number of characters to display.

5. In the 'Entity Information Display Column' fields, select the data element to display in the column.

6. In the 'Entity Display Column Header Name' fields, enter the column header name.

7. In the 'Approximate Number of Characters to Display for Entity Lookup Column' fields, enter the number of display characters.

8. Click Submit.
