Refresh Caseloads - PM

Refresh an admitting or attending practitioner’s caseload information.

Prerequisites:

  • The practitioner and staff member must be a user, set up in the User Definition form (RADplus Utilities).


  1. Go to: Avatar PM >  System Maintenance > Practitioner Maintenance
  2. In the Individual or All Practitioners field:
    • Select All to refresh caseload information for all practitioners.
    • Select Individual to refresh caseload information for a single practitioner (Practitioner field).
  3. For an individual practitioner report, enter the practitioner name in the Practitioner field and select Search then, Ok.
  4. Click Process. The Practitioner Caseload Information report displays current admitting, attending, and team practitioner caseloads information.
    Note: Clients will not appear on a team caseload if the team assigned during admission has the Disable Adding Clients to Caseload field set to Yes on the Team Definition form.
