Vitals Reports Section

Display vital signs information in a graph or report.

• The fields in this form control the display of information in the CWS Vital Signs Graph report (click View Graph).

1. In the Vital Sign For Graph field, select the type of vital sign information to display in the graph.
2. Click View Graph. The CWS Vital Signs Graph report displays.
   Individual graphs display the client's vital sign information over the date range.
3. In the Display Refused Vitals field, select whether or not refused vitals records should be included in the report.
   These records will appear on the report in gray.
4. In the Vital Sign(s) for Report field:

• Select the vital signs to display in the Vital Signs Report (View Report field).
• Select All to display all vital signs in the report.

5. In the Start Date field, enter the start date.
6. In the Start Time field, enter the start time.
7. In the End Date field, enter the end date.
8. In the End Time field, enter the end time.
9. Click View Report.
   The CWS Vital Signs Setup report displays vital sign ranges entered in this form.
10. Click Launch Growth Chart.
    The Growth Chart report displays, which details the CDC body measurements for children.
11. Click Submit.
